We try to approve applications within 72 hours. 

The office is open M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 

Security deposit, plus prorate rent for the month of move-in (plus next month rent if move-in is the 20th of the month or later.) 

You may pay rent online ACH through our resident portal (preferred), WIIPS electronic money order payment, personal check and/or cashier's check. 

Yes, renters insurance is required.

No utilities are included in your rent.

Contact PGE for gas and electric.  Water, sewer and trash are billed through the community.  

Yes, we do offer a bonus if you were referred by one of your friends.

No, sublets are not permitted.

Two months of rent will be charged for a broken lease.

No, short-term or corporate leases are not available.

Oswell Ave. is the closest cross street to Tyner Ranch Townhomes. 


Yes, we do have on-site maintenance. 

Contact the leasing office during office hours.  Contact after hours emergency service for any emergency items that cannot wait until the next business day. 


Each unit has an attached garage for resident use.  Please view all amenities on the Amenities Page. 

Each unit at Tyner Ranch Townhomes has full size washer/dryer hookups in the garage. 

No, Tyner Ranch is not a pet friendly community. 

No, Tyner Ranch Townhomes does not offer furnished apartments. 

No, the leasing office cannot hold your packages for you.
